Doctors hospital is closed. Affinity hospital is not hiring any LPN's. We have not had a raise of any kind in 3 years and the pay is very low. People are not happy.
If your not happy, then leave. Quit making everyone else's lives miserable, go somewhere else with your negativity.

Agreed. At least you have a job. A lot of people don't and wish they did, and would do anything and settle for anything just so they could have one.
